Kommentarfunktionen geschlossen
Wie der europäische Gerichtshof für Menschenrechte entschieden hat, sind die Betreiber von Internetportalen für die von Nutzern eingestellten Inhalte verantwortlich. Dies betrifft besonders Kommentare mit beleidigenden oder rechtlich-fragwürdigem Inhalt.
Da ich als Nichtjurist nicht beurteilen kann was im Detail alles darunter fällt, ist die Kommentarfunktion bis auf weitere abgeschaltet.
